- Page 2 STEP 1 Hand-tighten nuts 3-4 revolutions only. After attaching all bolts, adjust all parts at the correct position. Then tighten all bolts and nuts. Do Not Over Tighten. СС STEP 2 Turn the chair right side up. Adjust the pre-installed foot glider(E) at the bottom of swivel base until the chair is level with the ground securely, your chair is ready for use.
