® This unit can be connected to an optional CD changer (CX-DP 801EUC or CX-DP1200EUC). For details
consult your nearest Panasonic deaiers.
* For connection to a CD changer, refer to the operating instructions of the CD Changer (CX-DP801EUC or
CX-DP1200EUC).

Caution:
To prevent damage to the unit, be sure to follow the connection diagram below,
@ Remove the covering of the leads about 5 mm fang from their end before connecting.
® Be sure to connect the ground lead (black) to the vehicle chassis first before connecting the other leads to the
specified wires of the vehicle.
Be sure to insulate any exposed wires from a possible short-circuit from the vehicle chassis. Bundle all cables
and keep cable terminals {ree from touching any metal parts.

Insert Dismounting Pins ® and pull doth pins.
® Dismounting Pin
(U-shaped)
Note: Do not lose Dismounting Pins. They will be needed to remove the unit from the vehicle's dashboard.
