a) Preheating Mode: In this mode the shelfs are currently preheating and are not operational to hold
product.

  • Page 2 Operation Information b) Product Selection: Once Preheat has finished and the product is ready to use, it displays grey. To select a product to start the timer, click once on the product you want to start, it turns green and starts counting down.
  • Page 3 Operation Information Reduce timer: If you want to reduce a timer, tap a product once to start the holding process, tap it again before the timer starts. Each tap reduces the timer in 5-minute increments. Once you get to the time you desire, stop tapping, the status turns green or grey depending on if another timer is already started.
  • Page 4 Operation Information 3. Switching Menu Modes To switch to a different menu option, click the selection menu lines on the main menu bar to access the mode switch option. You can then swipe to change each slot to a certain daypart or all slots at once by selecting the switching mode on the left menu.
