Example: Checking the Time in Another City.
Suppose you live in Winnipeg (the local city) and you want to know
the time in Geneva (the world city). Assume that Winnipeg is
currently on daylight savings time.

Displays the list ofcities.

Sets DST. The offset from GMT means that
