Ceramic heaters generate heat by passing electricity through heating wires embedded in ceramic plates. In the Honeywell Ceramic Tower Heater, air is drawn into the back of the heater by a fan, through the ceramic element and out the front of the heater to gently introduce warm air into the room. -

SAFETY FEATURES The Honeywell Ceramic Tower Heater is equipped with several devices and features for added protection: A 360° tip-over switch that disables the heater if it is tipped in any direction. A high temperature safety sensor prevents overheating. -

Safeguard™ Motion Sensor Button REMOTE CONTROL (HCE323/HCE353 SERIES ONLY) The Honeywell Safeguard™ Motion Sensor Ceramic Digital Tower Heaters can be completely controlled with the remote. This remote uses a button cell type battery which comes included in the remote. To activate the battery, simply pull the plastic tab. -
