Quick Start Guide

First use of earbuds

Place the two earbuds into the charging case and then fully charge the case and earbuds before first use. The recommended charging time is 1-2 hours.

Turn on/off

1. The earbuds will turn on automatically when taken out of the charging case. To manually turn on, press and hold the multifunction button on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
2. The earbuds will turn off automatically when placed back in the charging case with the lid closed^*.To manually turn off, press and hold the multifunction button on both earbuds for 5 seconds.
   *If you place earbuds in case and leave lid open, they will remain connected to the paired device for 5 minutes before turning off.

Automatic pairing first time

The Stride TWS's Bluetooth pairing will start automatically when turned on for the first time.

Stride TWS will remember the last device paired and if the device is within Bluetooth range, Stride TWS will automatically search and pair with the device.

Manual Bluetooth pairing

1. True Wireless stereo connection (earbud to earbud)
   • LED flashing blue (both sides) – True Wireless earbuds now in pairing mode.
   • LED flashing blue/red (Stride TWS l) LED turns off (Stride TWS ll) – True Wireless earbuds now connected to each other.
2. Bluetooth connection (earbuds to device)
   • The earbuds will enter pairing mode when they are turned on.
   • LED flashing blue/red (Stride TWS I) LED turns off (Stride TWS II) – pairing mode.
   • LED turns off (both earbuds) – connected to a device.
     

How to attach active ear hooks

1. Stride TWS includes active ear hooks to add an additional wearing option, particularly for those engaged in active exercise.
2. To connect the active ear hooks, gently insert the active ear hook plug into the base of the earbud*. Guide pins will assist in alignment.
3. Once fully inserted, rotate the ear hook clockwise 15 degrees to engage the locking mechanism.
4. To disconnect active ear hook, rotate 15 degrees clockwise. When you feel the lock mechanism release, gently withdraw the ear hook from the base of earbud*.

*Do not force either earbud or active ear hook. If force is required, remove the ear hook and begin alignment process again.

Please note: while using active ear hooks, the earbuds I and II are designed to be used on the opposite ear to when used stand alone.

Charging the earbuds

Charge the earbuds by placing them into the charging case and carefully aligning the wireless contacts on both the earbud and case.

LED indications on left and right of the charging case battery LED indicator bar will illuminate while charging the earbuds.

LED indicators will turn off when earbuds are fully charged.

Charging the case

Charge the case with USB Type-C cable or by placing the case on a compatible wireless charger.

Troubleshooting

Reset

If you are experiencing issues with your earbuds, such as failure of TWS pairing or functionality issues, you can try to reset your earbuds.

1. Forget the 'Stride TWS' in your device's Bluetooth list.
2. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. Tap and hold the multifunction button on both earbuds for 5 seconds to turn them off.
3. Tap and hold the multifunction buttons on both earbuds for 10 seconds, until the red and blue indicator flashes rapidly.
   Note: You can reset the left and right earbuds independently or at the same time.
4. The earbuds have been reset to the default settings. Then to re-connect to your device refer to 'Bluetooth pairing' above.

Note: Turn off automatically

The earbuds will turn off automatically after 5 minutes if they have not paired with any device via Bluetooth. When in low battery, they will turn off automatically as well.

Care and Maintenance

The Stride TWS must be cleaned regularly to maintain full functionality. To clean, use a lightly dampened cloth in water to clean the exterior. Ensure that all debris is removed from the earbud opening.

If this product is not used for a long period of time, it's recommended to recharge it at least once a month to extend its life and maintain the normal battery performance.

Keep the product in a dry location.

Do not dispose of this product in fire as batteries may explode or leak.

Do not disassemble this product. It contains no user-serviceable parts.

Important Safety Information

1. Reduce sound volume on Stride TWS earbuds in high-traffic areas, such as roads or crosswalks. Not doing so may result in accidents due to slowed reaction times or inability to hear surroundings.
2. Do not place Stride TWS earbuds near any flame sources, such as lighted candles or fires.
3. Do not place Stride TWS charging case on a wireless charger when conductive materials, such as metal objects and magnets, are placed between the charging case and the wireless charger. The charging case may not charge properly, may overheat or cause damage.
4. Children are at risk of choking if the Stride TWS earbuds are swallowed. Please keep out of reach from children.

1. Do not put Stride TWS in your ears without the tips. Doing so may hurt your ears. Do not pull the tip excessively when you attach/detach it. The wing tip may tear.
2. Do not pierce, crush, dent, or deform Stride TWS in any way.
3. Do not attempt to service Stride TWS yourself. Opening or removing covers may expose you to hazards and will void the manufacturer's warranty.
4. To prevent risk of fire or electric shock, avoid overloading wall outlets, extension cords, or integral convenience receptacles.
5. Prevent the charger from contact with conductive materials, such as liquids, dust, metal powders, and pencil leads.
