MODEL 75D CABINET
a.
Removal.
(1)
Check that the power cable is uncoiled and not connected to an ac
receptacle.
(2)
Check that the power switch on the front panel is off.
(3)
Remove the two screws at each side of the front panel and remove the
two edge strips.
(4)
Grasp the two front panel handles and pul! the Model 75D chassis out
of the cabinet.
(5)
Feed the power cable through the cutout on the rear of the cabinet.
b.
Installation.
Installation is the reverse of Steps 5,
4
, and 3 in
paragraph a, above.
However, when sliding the chassis into the cabinet
in Step 4 , be sure that the two pins inside the rear of the cabinet are
fully seated in the two ports on the rear of the chassis.

BRIDGE
NOTE:
Before proceeding, be sure that the Boonton Electronics
Corporation has authorized the user to perform maintenance
on the bridge assembly.
a.
Cover Plate Removal.
(1)
Place the chassis on a bench so that the bridge assembly is accessible.
(2)
At the junction of the bridge assembly cover and the cover plate, slit
the three seals.
(3)
Remove the six attaching screws and lift up the rear plate.
b.
Cover Plate Installation.
Use the six attaching screws to secure the cover
plate to the bridge assembly cover.
