until 3.1 vdc appears on pin 7 of

Set R63 (ATTEN-
UATOR VERNIER) fully counter-
clockwise (zero ohms).

Turn R63 (ATTENUATOR VERNIER)
fully clockwise (5K).
6.
Disconnect jumper from pin 2 V6 to
-200 volts.
Remove 5K and 2K resistor
7.
Realign the RF Oscillator and Ampli-
