ASSEMBLY
Before assembly, insore all parts are p-esent ffig. 1).

Turn on ttys power snitch a? the lower rigrt front corner of
the treadmill. Whan the treadmil is switched on, the system
firs', checks LED display operation. After this the meter
displays the "tuntun J 660" emblem and then the meter will
display the 'enter weight" mode.

HANDLEBARS
Remove and cfspose *he silicate bag from the bottom of the
right handlebar The purpose of this bag is simoly to absorb
dampness duiing transportation and storage.
Push toe 'oft handlebar inside the plastic meter be so
attached to the right handlebar
When toe top of the left hanolebar is touching 'he top of toe
tight handlebar, tighten the screws /' the bottom of the
meter base, while enojrlrg the hanotobam am bold cosurety
together (fig. 2).
NOTE! Be careful not to pinch o'otherwise damage the fat
ribbon cable that runs Inside the right handlebar.
Push both handlebars in place inside the frame tubes end
fasten the handlebars tight with screws, washers and nuts
(fig. 3).
SAFETY TETHER KEY
The treadmill s equipped with a satety tether Key. IT tne key
is removed from its placo rear the electronic display, the
treadmill will immediately stoo. Insert the yeJIow sa'ety tether
key Into the meter base. Attach the clip or. the other end of
the cofd to your shin or collar.
NOTE*. Tho treadmill cannot be used end tho motor will
not function completely if the tether key is not properly
installed in the meter base (text "tEtH' in the display).
STORAGE POSITION
After the norkout, the ruming base can be 'elded up into he
stomge position n Oder to save space.
NOTE! Ahveys turn off 1ho power switch at tho right front
corner before folding up the treadmill. As a safety feature,
the J 661F is equipped with an irrmctuliser which makes
turning the treadmill in storage positon impossible.
NOTE' Always remember to leek the running base in he
storage positon with the safet)- lock.
METER
Plug in the pulse cable and fat ribbon cabte esnneefors on
the back side of toe display. Tuck tote caotes Imido the meter
bo so. Carefully sfdo tho motor onto tho baso (fig. 4)
NOTEI Be careful not to pinch or otherwise damage the
cables.
Remove the protecting flm from the display.
METER CABLE
Plug tho Icwor end of tho flat ribbon cable coming out from
the baht sdecover info toe upper end coming out of of the
right handtebar. Thread Me connected cable irsios the hole
in toe sdecover and push the co/erplug on the through hole
so that the cable vrill not be damaged (fig. 5)
EXERCISING

30 minutes at a time, to reach a basic fitness level.
Maintaining this teve requires a few exercse sessions each

improved simpiy by Increasing the number o' exercise
sessions.
