ABOUT THE TRANSIT SCREWS
When the Transit Screws Can't Be
Tightened

@) Return the player to its normal horizontal position. @ Turn on the power, wait for 5 to 6 seconds and turn the
transit screw B.

Turn on the power, wait 5 ~ 6 seconds
and turn off the power.
After turning on the power, you may stop pressing the transit
switch after about 4 seconds.
@) Wait an additional 15 to 16 seconds and turn off the power.
@ Stand the player on its side (right side down).
© While supporting the player with one hand, use a flat blade
screwdriver to retighten the two transit screws A and B
or A only as required.

Turn on the power, wait 15 ~ 16 seconds
and turn off the power.
If a LaserVision disc is available, the following procedure can be
used to simply align the positions of the transit screws:
1) Turn on the power, load the LaserVision disc on the disc table,
and push in the disc table.
2) Press the EJECT ( * } button and remove the disc.
After this procedure, turn off the power and stand the player on its
side to tighten the transit screws.
