Brushing Modes

Clean:
Effectively removes debris and plaque hidden in
crevices around your teeth.

Whiten:
Helps with tooth discoloration and helps
remove coffee, smoke, and tea stains.

Polish:
Simulates a polishing effect to smooth the
surfaces of your teeth.

Learning:
The toothbrush pauses at 10-second intervals to
remind you to switch brushing surfaces.

Soft:
Cleans less intensely and is perfect for people
with sensitive gums and teeth. We recommend using a
Sensitive Brush Head (S) in this mode.
Bass Brushing Method
The Bass brushing method is a proven brushing technique
that targets your gumline, making it especially effective at
reducing plaque and gingivitis.
1.
In one quadrant of your mouth, tilt the bristles at a
45° angle (pointed slightly under your gumline) and
brush the front of your teeth for 10 seconds in a
back-and-forth motion.
Make sure the bristles reach the area between your
gums and teeth.
