TROUBLESHOOTING

You may solve the problems you may encounter with your product by
checking the following points before calling the technical service.
Check Points
In case you experience a problem about the cooker, first check the table
below and try out the suggestions.
Problem
No Ignition.
Not Proper Ignition.
Noise coming when burning
or during ignition.
Flame turns off during
operation.
Yellow flame.
Unstable flame.
Gas odour.
Lighter not operating.
Possible cause
No sparks.
Cooker cover is not fitted properly.
Gas supply is closed.
Gas supply not fully open.
Cooker cover is not fitted properly.
Ignition plug is clogged with foreign
materials.
Hobs are wet.
Flame spreader holes are clogged.
Cooker cover is not fitted properly.
Flame observer device is clogged by
foreign material.
Overflow food turns off the flame.
A strong air flow turns off the flame.
Flame spreader holes are clogged.
Different gas is being used.
Cooker cover is not fitted properly.
Hob spout left open.
Leakage from connection of gas cylinder
to cooker.
Tips or body of ignition plugs are
clogged.
Gas burner pipes are clogged.
Check power supply.
Fit the cover properly.
Fully open gas supply.

Wipe off foreign materials with a cloth.
Carefully dry the hobs.
Clean the flame spreader.
Fit the cover properly.
Clean flame observer device.
Switch off the hob. Wait for one minute
and ignite again.
Please check related hob and check
the cooking area for air flows, for
example, from an open window. Wait
for one minute and ignite again.
Clean the flame spreader.
Check the gas being used.

Check if any hob spouts are left open.
Make sure connections are leak-proof.
Clean tips or body of ignition plugs of
