Having the Radio Turned on Automatically —timer standby function
4 Set the time by pressing SET (+ or —) while keeping
ALARM pressed.
if you keep SET pressed, the time will change
continuously.

STANDBY indicator

5 Release ALARM. The current time appears in the display.
6 Press STANDBY. The STANDBY indicator stops flickering.

When the radio is turned on at the preset time
Current time
The radio will be turned off after about 65 minutes.
To cancel the standby mode
Press STANDBY.

After setting the timer, if you tune in another station and turn off the radio, Press ALARM.
the station tuned in last will be received when the timer turns the radio on.
To change the preset time
Once you set the time
y Set the desired alarm time. The time previously set is erased.
The radio is turned on at the same time everyday.
When POWER/LOCK is set to LOCK
The timer standby function does not work.
