Monitoring incoming calls with the handset
When an incoming message is being recorded, the SCREEN/PLAYBACK
indicator flashes slowly.
1. Press [SCREEN/PLAYBACK ).
eThe indicator lights and you can listen to the incoming call.
eTo answer the call, press (TALK). The recording is stopped.
2. When finished monitoring the call, press (SCREEN/PLAYBACK ) .
Recording your telephone conversation with the handset
1. During a conversation with the handset, press (PROGRAM/2WAY REC).
eThe SCREEN/PLAYBACK indicator lights.
2. Continue your conversation.
3. When finished recording the conversation, press
(PROGRAM/2WAY REC).
eThe SCREEN/PLAYBACK indicator light goes out.
Many states have imposed regulations on the manner in which
2-way telephone conversations may be recorded, so you should
inform the other party that the conversation is being recorded.
Consult your local telephone company for further information.
