POSSIBLE CAUSE
Ice basket not pushed in place
Damaged door control switch
Foreign matter clogging the water
pump inlet
After a long time of water shortage
or full ice, the ice is not taken in
time, and the ice stays for a long
time
Mis-operation and abnormal
shutdown during the ice making
process.
No power
Didn't power on
Not close the ice basket
Making sound during ice making
process or the newly made ice
sphere starting to detach the cooling
system
SOLUTION
Recheck that the ice basket is
pushed into right place.
Need professional inspection
and maintenance
Please check the water pump
inlet
Press the ice making button
again to make ice
Turn on the ice maker again
Check the power LED light and
make sure that power plug to
plug the power outlet
Press ICE button to make ice
Closed the ice basket completely
This is normal working operation
