MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Follow the painting instructions.
2. Surface preparation
2.1 Remove 2 screws on the left and on the right at the lower plastic covers.
2.2 Remove the black plastic covers on left and right side at the front lining.
2.3 Fasten the attached brackets with original screws and affix the sheet metal
clamps. (see fig. 3.2)
3. Assembly TECHART – Frontspoiler
3.1 Remove grease and dust from the locating face.
3.2 Replace the protective film of the twin-sided adhesive tape and fix it with
tape at the out side. (see fig. 3.1)
3.3 Introduce the front spoiler with the clamps at the original lining and align it
evenly. (see sketch 1) The correct height receives by the plant flanges.
Take off the protective plastic film completely and press in the front
spoilers slightly.
NOTE: For better adhesion, warm up carefully the bonding area of the tape.
3.4 Mark the mounting holes (7 items) at the lower surface and pre-drill those
with 2,5 mm. Fasten the front spoiler at the lower surface with enclosed
screws. (see sketch 2) Also fasten the spoiler lip with attached screws to
the wheel arch side. (see fig. 3.2, pre-assembled bracket)
