1. Preparation
1.1 Remove the spare wheel.
1.2 Dismantle the fastening of the spare wheel and remove the stud bolt
(fig. 1.1 and 1.2) remove the lining tie-clip right (fig. 1.3) Insert the nut
again.
2. Installation of comfort kit
2.1 Put in the tie-clip into the opening of the TECHART – cover and press it
onto the bolt behind the carpet. (fig. 2.1 to 2.3) Screw in the attached bolt
(M 10 x 16) at the lower side of the cover. (do not tighten jet)
2.2 Align the TECHART – cover and drill a fastening hole with 2,5 mm at the
right side. (fig. 2.4 ) Bolt it with attached screw 3,9 x 16. Now fasten the
screw M 10, afterwards stick on the cover for the screw.
2.3 Stow away the compounds of the comfort-kit, warning triangle, tools and
the first aid kit.
