Food safety
Leave food in the oven for as short a time as possible before and after cooking.

Ensure meat is fully defrosted before cooking.

Rest meat after cooking to allow the internal temperature to continue to rise.

High risk foods such as fish should reach a minimum internal temperature of 145

and poultry and minced meat should reach 170
Preheating
The grill element may come on while the oven is heating up. Position food on a lower shelf
or cover to prevent burning as the oven heats up.
