1 WARNING
No protective equipment can provide complete protection against injury. The achieved level of protection
depends on several factors (for example, correct fitting, maintenance, etc.). The face protection does not
provide complete protection for the face and eyes. In all situations where there is a risk of an eye injury,
eye protection must always be worn. For basic protection of the eyes, safety goggles in accordance with
EN166 must be worn under the face protection. The face protection protects the face and also offers eye
protection from minor hazards such as small parts, small wood shavings, cut grass and sand particles.
The face protection is not unbreakable. It does not protect against injuries caused by crushers, grinding
wheels, explosive devices and chainsaws. The protective equipment on machines or other technical
equipment must always be mounted if relevant dangers are present. Cracks or burns on the face protection
can dramatically reduce visibility and the protective effect. Check before use that the head protection
and its components are in perfect condition (i.e. optimum condition). Do not use the head protection
if it is damaged or modified in any way. The helmet must be worn, adjusted, cleaned and maintained
in accordance with these rules. In order to achieve optimal protection, the fasteners must be in good
condition. The fasteners of the helmet must also be adjusted to the head of the user optimally in order to
be able to ensure optimal protection. In rare cases, for anatomical reasons, the shape of the user' s ears may
cause problems while wearing hearing protectors (for example, pressure points or a feeling of pressure due
to very small ear canal or pressure sensitivity). For these cases, we cannot assume any warranty or liability.
