1. Press the STANDBY/ON switch (or STANDBY/ON but- LINE 1, 2 OPT IN (LINE 1, 2):

@ inthe CD MD Tuner, changes alternately between OPT DIGITAL
and LINE 1, 2.
The volume level is displayed.
@ To turn the power off:
Press the STANDBY/ON switch or the remote contro! unit's
STANDBY/ON button again. The function changes in the following order when the "LINE 1, 2"
button on the main unit or remote control unit is pressed:
CD OPEN/CLOSE (4):
Power turns on, radio turns on and play begins.
Power turns on and open the CD cover.

f a CD is loaded, power turns on and play begins.
TAPE (CD Tuner Deck):
H a cassette tape is loaded, power turns on and playback begins.
MD (CD MD Tuner):
lf an MD is loaded, power turns on and play begins.
