GENERAL INFORMATION
ELECTRIC MIXER you purchased (hereinafter referred to as the «MIXER»)
is designed for mixing building mixtures, wallpaper and ceramic tile
adhesives, compounds and paints at home. The quality of mixtures
prepared with a mixer is much higher than if the mixture was prepared
manually.
When buying a mixer, require verification by plugging it in.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
The usesage of a double insulated commutator drive in the mixer ensures
maximum electrical safety when operating from the AC mains without
personal protective equipment and grounding devices.
The mixer must be used in accordance with the purpose and requirements
specified in this manual.
Please follow the rules while using the mixer:
◊ change tools, make repair works only after disconnecting the plug
◊ do not leave the mixer connected without supervision;
◊ umplug the mixer during breaks and at the end of work, when
changing workplace, as well as when there is a power outage or
jamming of moving parts;
◊ monitor the condition of the insulation of the power cord, do not
allow the power cord to come into direct contact with hot and oily
surfaces, its tension, twisting and falling under various objects;
◊ do not work with a mixer from ladders;
◊ when working with a mixer, it is recommended to use protective
glasses and noise protection equipment.
Description of parts (Pic. 1*)
1. Switch for on/off
2. Spindle
MIXER OPERATION IS PROHIBITED:
◊ In rooms with an explosive, as well as chemically active environment that
destroys metals and insulation;
◊ in conditions of exposure to drops and splashes, in open areas during
snowfall or rain;
◊ in case of plug`s damage or problems with insulation of the power cord;

3. Mixing paddle
◊ in case of a faulty switch or its fuzzy operation;
◊ when sparking brushes on the collector, which is accompanied by the
appearance of a circular fire on its surface;
◊ when smoke or smell characteristic of burning insulation appears;
◊ when there is increased noise, knocking or vibration;
◊ in case of breakage or cracks in body parts;
◊ in case of damage to the working tool.
PREPARATION FOR WORK
The service life of the mixer and its trouble-free operation depends on
proper maintenance, timely troubleshooting, careful preparation for work,
and compliance with storage rules.
Before usage, it is necessary to check:
◊ compliance of the voltage and frequency in the network with the
passport data of the mixer;
◊ fastening of parts and tightening of all threaded connections;
◊ serviceability of the power cord and plug, the integrity of the case;
◊ reliability of fastening of the working tool on a spindle.
After carrying out all the above checks, it is necessary to check the
operation of the switch and the speed controller at idle for one minute.
At the same time, the general technical condition should be checked,
including the absence of increased noise, knocks and vibrations, smoke or
the smell of burning insulation.
DURING WORK
Install the mixing paddle with a wrench, paying attention to correct and
secure fastening of the nozzle shank in the threaded hole of the spindle.
The mixer is switched on by pressing the switch button. The rotation speed
is continuously adjustable from minimum to maximum with a regulator
while the paddle is immersed in the material to be mixed.
It is necessary to monitor the heating of the mixer in order to avoid its
overload and failure of the electric motor.
The mixer has a large torque, so when working with materials with a high
density, the container with the mixed material must be fixed on the floor,
working with the mixer must be extremely careful and maintain a stable
body position during work.
After the end of work, it is necessary to disconnect the mixer, clean it from
dust and mixed material, roll up the power cord.
In case of a long break in the operation of the mixer, lubricate the output
end of the spindle with conservation grease.
The mixer should be stored at a temperature of +1 to +35°C and an upper
relative humidity of 80% at a temperature of +20°C.
The storage location must not be accessible to children.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
These safety instructions apply to hand-held electric machines: jigsaws,
saws, jointers, planers, screwdrivers, hammers, paint sprayers, mixers,
metal cutters, polishing, milling, drilling, grinding machines, manufactured
by TM «Procraft» and hereinafter referred to as «machines».
Safety precautions must always be observed when operating the machine
to prevent the possibility of fire, electric shock, and personal injury.
Please read these instructions before starting work. To ensure safety,
you should:
◊ Maintain cleanliness in the workplace. Clutter in the work area
contributes to injury.
◊ Take into account the influence of the environment. Protect your
machine from rain and snow. Provide good lighting for the work
area.
IT IS FORBIDDEN:
◊ work in conditions of exposure to drops and splashes, as well as in
open areas during snowfall or rain;
◊ use the machine near flammable liquids and gases;
◊ use the machine in explosive rooms or in rooms with a chemically
active environment that destroys metals and insulation;
◊ ground the machine
◊ operate the machine while standing on ladders.
WHEN PREPARING THE MACHINE FOR WORK, YOU
SHOULD CARRY OUT:
◊ checking the completeness and reliability of fixing parts;
