1-4. BDP UNIT, HI BOARD, G1HS/G3E (POWER) BOARDS, BAL BOARD
AND LCD PANEL REMOVAL
A Press down on Panel Support and slide-out to remove from Bezel
B Slide Side Jack Bracket to right-side of BAL Board to detach from position
C Remove 4 screws from BAL Board
D Disconnect 7 connectors from BAL Board
E Remove 4 screws from G1HS/G3E (Power) Boards
F Disconnect 3 connectors from G1HS/G3E (Power) Boards
G Remove 4 screws from Left and Right G-Frames to detach from Panel
(KDL-32EX40B Only)
Remove 2 screws from Bottom Frame to detach from Panel
(KDL-40EX40B Only)
H Remove 2 screws from Bottom Frame to detach from Bezel
(KDL-40EX40B Only)

Disconnect 6 connectors from BDP Unit
J Remove 2 screws from BDP Unit
Bracket to detach from Base
Bracket
K Remove 3 screws from HI Board to
detach from Base Bracket
L Disconnect 8 connectors from HI
Board
M Remove 4 screws from Base
Bracket to detach from Panel
N Carefully Lift up Panel to remove
from Bezel
