Station N:
You can assign names to radio stations with the Station
Preset Memory. Up to 30 stations can be assigned names.
1 Adjust the frequency to the station whose name you want to
'enter.
2 Press the NAMES button for at least two seconds.
"Name Set" is displayed once the station name preset mode is
entered
The cursor will blink in the position where letters are entered.
4 Each time the mit button is pressed, the characters to be
'entered change as listed below.
Press the FM or AM button to display the desired character.
Characters that can be displayed a r e as follows.
Alphabet (upper case)/numerals/symbols:
AnZ1-90/+-"=<>ll
Alphabet (lower casel/numerals/symbols:
a~z1-90/+-"=<>l!
5 Continue steps 3 and 4 until
the name.

You can enter up to 8 characters for each name,
6 Press the NAME S button,
'The name of the station is stored in memory, and the Station
Name Preset mode ends.

stored up to the point that you have entered, and the mode

+ Hf you want to change the name of a station, first display the
'name of the station {following steps 1 and 2 abovel, ther
