Detach softcase 1 from the
lock 2 in the arrow direc-
tion 1. Then press softcase 2
from the retaining lugs 3 in
the arrow direction 1.

TOPCASE

Opening a topcase
with topcase
with luggage rack
Turn the 1 key counterclock-
wise in the topcase lock to
the OPEN position.
OE
Press the lock cylinder 1 for-
ward.
The release lever 2 pops up.
Pull the release lever 2 all the
way up and open the topcase
lid.
