ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: STR11271
1. Place the lamp base (A) on a level surface.
2. Place shade (C) over socket (B) and tighten socket
ring (D) to secure shade in place.
3. Insert bulb into bulb socket.
Uses (1) Maximum 150WATT, 3 Way, Type "A" Bulb
(Bulb not included)
Cleaning of your lamp
Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
