Springdale Lighting STA11200 Assembly Instructions

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
Item No: STA11200
This lamp comes assembled.
Follow the instructions to insert the bulb.
1. Place the lamp base on a level surface.
2. Unscrew the shade (C) from the base (A).
3. Insert bulb into socket (B).
4. Screw the shade (C) back onto the base. (A).
To loosen the shade – turn to the left.
To tighten the shade – turn to the right.
Uses (1) Maximum 15WATT Type "B" Bulb
(Bulb not included)

Cleaning of your lamp

Unplug lamp, wipe with damp cloth.
Do not use abrasives.
