Problem and alarm code
The appliance trips the cir‐
cuit-beaker.
The appliance is switched
on but does not operate.
The display shows Power
Fail.
The appliance switches off
during operation.
The display shows Updat‐
ing. All buttons are inactive
except for the on/off.
Once you have checked the appliance,
deactivate and activate the appliance. If
the problem occurs again, contact an
Authorised Service Centre.
For alarm codes not described in the
table, contact an Authorised Service
Centre.
Before contacting an
Authorised Service Centre,
write down the PNC number.
Refer to "Basic settings".
12.1 The dishwashing and drying results are not satisfactory
Problem
Poor washing results.
Possible cause and solution
The amperage is insufficient to supply simultaneously all
the appliances in use. Check the socket amperage and
the capacity of the meter or turn off one of the applian‐
ces in use.
Internal electrical fault of the appliance. Contact an Au‐
thorised Service Centre.
Power supply is out of the operating range. The wash
cycle is temporarily interrupted and resumes automati‐
cally once the power is restored.
Complete power outage. The wash cycle is temporarily
interrupted and resumes automatically once the power
is restored.
The appliance downloads and installs the firmware up‐
date automatically when it is available. The display
shows Updating for the duration of the updating proc‐
ess. Wait for the process to be complete. If you interrupt
the update process by deactivating the appliance, it re‐
sumes when you activate the appliance.
The firmware update does not change the appliance
performance declaration values.
Possible cause and solution
Refer to "Daily use", "Hints and tips" and the basket
loading leaflet.
Use more intensive washing programme.
Activate the ExtraPower option to improve the washing
results of a selected programme.
Clean spray arm jets and filter. Refer to "Care and
Cleaning".
