Instructions
Wash and clean the broccoli florets.
Pour 100mL of water into the
Steamer. Place the broccoli florets
on the silicon plate. Cover with the
lid while cooking and stand for 2-3
minutes.
Wash and clean the carrots. Cut the
carrots into even slices. Pour 100mL
of water into the Steamer. Place the
florets on the silicon plate. Cover
with the lid while cooking and stand
for 2-3 minutes.
Wash and clean the cauliflower
florets. Pour 100mL of water into the
Steamer. Place the cauliflower florets
on the silicon plate. Cover with the
lid while cooking and stand for 2-3
minutes.
Wash and clean the spinach. Pour
100mL of water into the Steamer.
Place the spinach on the silicon plate.
Cover with the lid while cooking and
stand for 2-3 minutes.
Wash and clean the potatoes. Cut
the potato into 8 equal parts. Pour
100mL of water into the Steamer.
Place the slices on the silicon plate.
Cover with the lid while cooking and
stand for 2-3 minutes.
Wash and clean the squashes. Slice
the squash in half and remove the
seeds. Pour 100mL of water into the
Steamer. Place the squash cut side
down on the silicon plate. Cover with
the lid while cooking and stand for
2-3 minutes.

Instructions
Remove the silicon plate into the
Glass steamer. Add 1 cup rice of cold
water for 1 cup of brown rice(in the
case of 2servings). Cover with the
lid. After the cooking time is over,
stir before standing time, and then
salt or add herbs and butter.
Remove the silicon plate into the
Glass steamer. Add 1 cup of cold
water for 1 cup of macaroni (in the
case of 2 servings). Cover with the
lid. Carefully, drain the hot water
after cooking.
Remove the silicon plate into the
Glass steamer. Add 2 cups of cold
water for 1 cup of quinoa(in the
case of 2 servings). Cover with the
lid. Stir well before cooking and
afterwards.
Pour 100mL of water into the
Steamer. Place the white fish fillets
on the silicon plate and cover with
the lid. After cooking, stand for 2-3
minutes.
