PROBLEMS
The pump works but
does not send oil.
The crosspiece works
unloaded but not when
loaded.
The pump reaches
maximum pressure but
does not remain under
pressure.
The beam does not
operate smoothly.
Retainer
deformed/damaged.
PROBLEMS
The pump does not
start or stops during the
operation (before
reaching the maximum
pressure).
The pump works but
does not send oil.
Low capacity.
The pump does not
reach the maximum
pressure.
The pump reaches the
maximum pressure but
does remain under
pressure.
Excessive oil leaks
from the air drainage.
Oil tank gets up to
pressure with air and oil
leaks from the valve.
The pump continues
pumping even after
releasing the button.
After a period of disuse,
the pump does not
start.
CAUSES
a) Low oil level.

Load limit exceed on the crosspiece.
b)
Piston gaskets damaged.
c)
Inefficient seal on the maximum valve.

Check hydraulic couplings.
b)
Check the delivery valve ball bearing.
Oil leak from connected equipment.

Irregular sliding.

The holding brackets interfere with the
platforms.

Misalignment.

Obstacle.
CAUSES
a)
Return spring broken.

Air loss, check the piston seal.

Oil level low.

CAUTION Max. pressure 0.5 Bar
(7 P.S.I.).
- Remove and clean.

the plug.
Capacity should be 250 Lt/minute.
