    TOOLS REQUIRED Preparation for Assembly   To build your Play System you will/may need: there are some heavy components. • 2 people - readily at hand to begin building. • Instructions - • Gloves - if you wish to use protective gloves as a precautionary measure. if you wish to use protective knee pads as a precautionary measure.

    It is recommended that all sharp corners be rounded using sandpaper to prevent injury. • Monkey bars are not suitable for climbing or walking on top of, as this may lead to injury. Maximum number of children on Play System at any time, (Guide Only).
  • Page 5 Recommendations For Play Area Surface Recommendations The Play System must not be installed on to hard surfaces (e.g. concrete or asphalt) or wet surfaces (where water collects), near water or any other hazards It is recommended that you place the Play System on a level surface at least 2 meters from any structures or obstructions such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry lines or electrical wires.
  • Page 6 BOLT CONFIGURATION Please use this page to ensure that the fixings for your play system are installed correctly. You must use these claw washers in every location where you are instructed to use an M10 (10mm diameter) bolt. These pronged washers create a sleeve for the square 'neck' of the bolt to fit into.
