Intended Use
This industrial dust extractor cleaner is intended for wet and dry
vacuum cleaning applications.
DWV905M
This appliance can be used as industrial vacuum cleaner and
dust extractor for mobile operations to take up all types of dry,
non-combustible dusts up to dust Class M with limit values for
occupational exposure greater than or equal to 0.1 mg/m³. Do
not use to vacuum toxic or carcinogenic materials, and asbestos
or pesticide.

This appliance can be used as industrial vacuum cleaner and
dust extractor for mobile operations to take up all types of dry,
non-combustible dusts up to dust Class H with limit values for
occupational exposure smaller than 0.1 mg/m³. Do not use to
vacuum asbestos or pesticide.
DO nOT use under wet conditions or in the presence of
flammable liquids or gases.
These heavy-duty vacuums are for professional use.
DO nOT let children come into contact with the tool.
Supervision is required when inexperienced operators use
this tool.
DO nOT use the dust extractor for combustible dust.
DO nOT use the dust extractor in explosive atmospheres.
nOTE: This appliance is suited for the commercial use, e.g.
in hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shops, offices, rental
companies, and on construction sites.
Young children and the infirm. This appliance is not
intended for use by young children or infirm persons
without supervision.
This product is not intended for use by persons (including
children) suffering from diminished physical, sensory or
mental abilities; lack of experience, knowledge or skills
unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their
safety. Children should never be left alone with this product.

ASSEMBLY AND ADJUSTMENTS

WARNING: To reduce the risk of injury, turn
appliance off and disconnect appliance from power
source before installing and removing accessories,
before adjusting or changing set-ups or when
making repairs. An accidental start‑up can cause injury.
Before the first commissioning
Open the canister latches
of the machine.
Remove the accessories from the canister
packaging!

national language.

WARNING: The filters 
vacuuming, except as described under Wet Pick Up
Applications under Operation. When vacuuming fine
dust, you may also use an additional paper bag or fleece
bag to make emptying the canister easier.

WARNING: Dust collection bags must be used for dust
Class M. For Class H, Dust Collection Bag DWV9400 must
be used but can be combined with DWV9402 Fleece Bag.
1. If optional paper, plastic, or fleece bag 
install as shown in Figure B. Refer to the Accessory section
to select the correct filter.
nOTE: Be careful not to tear the bag. Place bag securely
onto inlet

When you insert the plastic bag, make sure you remove the air
between the tank and the bag as much as possible. Try to avoid
large wrinkles in the sealing between the head and the tank.
