To check the package contents:
1. Place the container on a clean flat surface, and cut all straps securing the container.
2. Unpack the hardware from the boxes by carefully removing the hardware and placing
it on a secure and clean surface.
3. Remove all packing material.
4. Verify that the package contains the following items:

for replacement.

Step 4: Place the router

You can place the router on a flat surface or place it in a standard 19-inch
(48.26-centimeter) network equipment rack.

Place the router in a rack

To place the router in a rack, you need the rack-mount kit (brackets and screws) supplied
with the router.
You can mount the router with its front panel facing the front of the rack (as shown in
the first figure in this section) or with its back panel facing the front of the rack (as shown
in the second figure in this section).
To place the router in a rack:
1. Attach the supplied mounting brackets to the side of the router.
