Assembly of Flexbox
Important
Assembly and operation is described using the Flexbox 850 as an example and the description also
applies to the 600, 650 and 800 versions.
Preparatory tasks
 Unpack all Flexbox parts.
 Check all product and cargo bike components for damage, sharp edges or burrs.
 Contact specialist dealer if you detect any damage, sharp edges or burrs.
 Place the cargo bike on its stand.
 Secure cargo bike so that it doesn't roll away or fall over.
Fitting the base plate

 Place base sections (3L) and (3R) on the cargo bike's cargo space (1).
Important
 Ensure that the milled grooves on both side walls face upwards.
 Position base sections (3L) and (3R) in such a way that the holes align with the screw mounts on the
cargo bike's cargo space (1).
 If necessary, prop up the side walls from below or have a second person hold them.
