Life Fitness Model 3500 Treadmill
How To ... REMOVE AND REPLACE MOTOR COVER
Tools Required: Phillips Screwdriver, hex key wrench set
Step 1
Turn the power OFF at the ON/OFF switch and then unplug the unit from the electrical outlet.
Step 2
Remove the VENT COVER (See "How To...").
Step 3
Use a phillips screwdriver to remove the SCREW securing the RETAINING PLATE and FIBERBOARD WEDGE in
place on the MONOCOLUMN.
Step 4
Remove the four SCREWS securing the MOTOR COVER in place against the Treadmill FRAME. Lift the MOTOR
COVER from the machine.
Step 5
Place the new MOTOR COVER in position and reverse Steps 1 through 4 to return all parts to their proper locations.
