    Lifecycle 3500, 4500, 5500 Series Exercise Bikes DIAGNOSTICS TESTS Press, and continue to hold, the ‘5’ key on the keypad and then press ‘START’ while pedaling the bike over 55 RPM. On entry, all LED’s and 7-segment displays will be on. You are now in Diagnostics State 1. In ALL DIAGNOSTICS STATES, the user must keep pedaling the bike.

Step 2 Remove the two POSITIVE RED WIRES from their POSTS on the ALTERNATOR. With a 1/4" wrench, remove the two NUTS securing the BLACK FIELD WIRE and the WHITE WIRE.
