Thereare a numberof waysyou can chooseto integrate your EntertainmentMachine with the restof your equipment.
Channels can be changedusingthe television, the VCR, or the cable box, with advantages to each.
USING THE TELEVISION AS THE TUNER preserves aUyourchannellabels(not availableon somemodeLs).It aLso
reduces the numberof keyson the remotecontrolyou needto worryabout. (Onedevice, oneremoteto learn.)
USING THE VCR AS THE TUNER has the advantage of simplifyingthe recordingprocess. I f the VCRis tuned to
channe|seven, then the VCRwi[[ recordchannel seven.
USING THE CABLE BOX (if you haveone) to changethe stations sometimeshas an advantage, too, especiallyif
your cable providerrequiresyou to usetheir cable boxto descramble their stations.
