REFILLING THE GEAR BOX WITH OIL

EMPTYING THE CARBURETOR FLOAT CHAMBER

- Remove the engine guard (& p.123).
- When draining the oil the engine should be warm.
WARNING
Use protective gloves.

- Position the motorcycle upright on a level surface.
- Place a container under the bike to catch the old oil.
- Remove the drain plug
- Remove the drain plug
- Allow the oil to drain.
- Clean the drain plugs
- Install the drain plug

Drain plug
- Remove the engine oil filler cap
- Fill the engine with oil.
Motor oil
- Installe the gear box filler cap
- Install the engine guard.
WARNING
To protect the environment, oil, oil filters and used material must be
deposited in a collection center and not down drain or in the wild.
- Turn handle of fuel tap to the OFF position.
- Place a cloth beneath the carburetor to soak up
emerging fuel.
- Remove plug
- Completely drain the fuel.
- Mount and tighten the plug.
