But just as you maintain your car, your DHW AIR unit will need servicing regularly to keep it functioning properly. -

Checking safety valve The safety valve for the domestic hot water should have an annual function check to ensure it is functional at all times. The function check must be carried out by a trained plumber. Checking sacrificial anode A sacrificial anode is mounted in the hot water tank to protect the tank from corrosion. The sacrificial anode is electrically monitored and it is important to replace it immediately after an alarm is detected in the control panel. -

Troubleshooting Emergency mode DHW AIR If an error occurs in the control system or components in the DHW AIR, and the unit therefore stops, it will not be able to produce hot water for the central heating circuit and domestic hot water. If the installer is not able to come right away or the error happens outside the opening hours, and you therefore cannot contact the in- staller, there is a possibility to get hot water by setting the unit into emergency mode. -
