  • Page 5 STEP 1 Hardware needed With assistance, place the Bottom Panel (O) upside down on a smooth surface. Attach the Bottom Crossbar (N) to Bottom Panel (O) with Flat Washer (4), Spring Washer (3) and Bolts (2) using Allen Key (5). Fully tighten all bolts. Return Bottom Panel (O) to upright position.
  • Page 6 STEP 2 Hardware needed Insert Wood Dowel (6) into Bottom Panel (M). Align the holes in Left Side Panel (B) and slide to place. Make sure all the latches are in open position so the pins are aligned with their corresponding holes before inserting them.
  • Page 7 STEP 3 Hardware needed Insert Side Back Panel (I) down along the grooves of Left Side Panel (B) and Left Middle Panel (C). Insert the remaining Side Back Panel (I) into the grooves of Right Side Panel (E) and Right Middle Panel (D). Insert Wood Dowel (6) into Left Middle Panel (C) and Right Middle Panel (D).
  • Page 8 STEP 4 Hardware needed Insert Wood Dowel (6) into holes on the edge of Left Side Panel (B), Left Middle Panel (C), Right Middle Panel (D) and Right Side Panel (E). With assistance, align the holes in Top Panel (A) with the inserted wood dowels and lower into place.
  • Page 9 STEP 5 Hardware needed Insert the Bottom Glider of Left Door (F) into the groove of the Bottom Panel (M) and lean the door against the Middle Panel. Hang the Sliding Hardware (11) on the Metal Rail so it rolls smoothly. Allign the holes in Sliding Hardware (11) with the holes in the door and attach Sliding Hardware (11) to the door with Bolt (1) using Allen Key (5).
  • Page 10 STEP 6 Hardware needed Insert the Shelf Pins (13) into the pre-drilled holes as shown in the Diagram. Place Adjustable Shelves (J) onto the Shelf Pins as shown. Repeat the process for the remain Adjustable Shelves (J). You can adjust the position of shelf as needed. Page 9 of 14...
  • Page 11 STEP 7 Hardware needed Slide the Doors to the outside. Insert Wood Dowel (6) into holes of Bottom Panel (O). Place the Front Crossbar (M) into place and lock hardware to attach. Insert Wood Dowel (6) into holes of Bottom Panel (O) as shown.
  • Page 12 STEP 8 Hardware needed Place the Plastic Block (7) into the corner of Side back panel as shown, insert Screw (8) into the pre-drilled holes and secure with Phillips Screwdriver. Fully tighten screws. Repeat the step for the remaining Plastic Block (7). Insure all Plastic blocks are used to secure both side back panels in place.
  • Page 13 STEP 9 Hardware needed Attach the Anti-tipping strips (14) to the back top of the mantel with Screw (16) and Flat Washer (4). With assistance, place the Mantel in the desired location and mark the wall just below the spot where the Aniti-tipping Strips are attached to the mantel. Remove the Mantel.
