Attach the Bottom Crossbar (P) to Bottom Panel (S) with Flat Washer (3), Spring Washer (2) and Bolts (1) using Allen Key (4). Fully tighten all bolts. Return Bottom Panel (O) to upright position.
- Page 6 STEP 2 Hardware needed Insert Wood Dowel (5) into Crossbar (I). Align the holes in Bottom Left Middle Panel (H) and Bottom Right Middle Panel ((J) with the inserted dowels and slide to place. Insert Wood Dowel (5) into Bottom Panel (O). With assistance, Set Bottom Left Middle Panel (H), Crossbar (I) and Bottom Right Middle Panel (J) to place.
- Page 7 STEP 3 Hardware needed Insert one Side Back Panel (M) down along the groove of Bottom Left Middle Panel (H) and Bottom Right Middle Panel (J). Place the Center Middle Panel (G) upside down on a smooth surface. Attach the Door Stopper (17) on the bottom of Center Middle Panel (G) as shown.
- Page 8 STEP 4 Hardware needed Insert Wood Dowels (5) into hole of Center Middle Panel (G) and the Bottom Panel (O). While holding the Left Side Panel (B) at a slight angle, align Side Back Panel (M) with the groove of Left Side Panel (B) and lower the Left Side Panel onto the Wood Dowels (5) and Latch pins in Bottom Panel (O).
- Page 9 STEP 5 Hardware needed Insert Wood Dowel (5) into holes of Center Middle panel (G) as shown. Align the hole of Top Left Side Panel (C) and Top Right Side Panel (D) with the inserted dowels and slide into place. Make sure all the latches are in open position so the pins are aligned with their corresponding holes before inserting them.
- Page 10 STEP 6 Hardware needed Insert the Wood Dowels (5) into holes of Left Side Panel (B), Top Left Side Panel (C), Top Right Side Panel (D) and Right Side Panel (E) as shown. With assistance, align the holes in Top Panel (A) with the inserted dowels and lower into place as shown.
- Page 11 STEP 7 Hardware needed Attach Hinge (9) to Door (L) with Hinge Screw (10) using Phillips Screwdriver. Fully tighten screws. With assistance, center Door (L) in the opening and attach Hinge (9) to Right Side Panel (E) with Hinge Screw (10). Fully tighten screws.
- Page 12 STEP 8 Hardware needed Insert Shelf Pin (13) in to the pre-drilled holes as shown in diagram. Place Adjustable Shelf (Q) onto the shelf pins. You can adjust the position of shelf as needed. Page 11 of 15...
- Page 13 STEP 9 Hardware needed Place the Plastic Block (6) into the corner of Side back panel as shown, insert Screw (7) into the pre-drilled holes and secure with Phillips Screwdriver. Fully tighten screws. Repeat the step for the remaining Plastic Block. Insure all Plastic blocks are used to secure both back panels in place.
- Page 14 STEP 10 Hardware needed Attach the Anti-tipping strips (14) to the back top of the mantel with Screw (16) and Flat Washer (3). With assistance, place the Mantel in the desired location and mark the wall just below the spot where the Aniti-tipping Strips are attached to the mantel. Remove the Mantel.
