- Page 6 M6 Nylock Nuts Front Crank Frame M6 Small Washer Assembly Instructions Tools Needed for Cart Assembly (1) Screwdriver. (1) M10 Wrench or Adjustable Wrench. 1. Install front crank frame to side frames using two M6 X 35 bolt sets. Next add cross brace to side frame using four M6 x 35 Bolt Sets. Slide axles through tabs on the bottom of side frames.
- Page 7 3. Attach hose reel end to the center hub using (6) M6 x 15 screws. repeat opposite side. See figure 3A. Find the end of the center hub with the extra threaded screw hole and insert water coupler tube through this end first. Attach water coupler tube to the center hub using the painted water coupler U-Bracket.
