What is the difference between red and near infrared light?

Can I use my Demi Red Light Therapy Device with clothes on?
You can use your Demi Red Light Therapy Device with your clothes on but
we cannot guarantee results. The most optimal results are achieved
through having your bare skin absorbing the light from Demi Red Light

medication I am taking?
