How To Operate Your Infrared PEMF Mat Step 1 Remove all components from the box. Lay the Infrared PEMF Mat on the floor or other stable surface and connect the Power Cable/Controller to the mat. - Page 9 Step 2 Plug the other end of the Power Cable/Controller into an appropriate power outlet. Activating PEMF Settings Click the PEMF icon to activate the PEMF. Use the + and – buttons to toggle through the PEMF settings. PEMF Settings can be lowered or raised from F1-F30 (1Hz to 30Hz) until you find your desired frequency. To further change the PEMF settings click the PEMF icon once and toggle through the settings again using the + and –... - Page 11 Note: Not all lights will illuminate.
