6.5 Changing the chemicals
Crystallisation can occur as a result of mixing different chemical products, which can dam-
age the dosing device.
The dosing device and the dosing hoses must therefore be flushed with water before a
new chemical product is used.
For machines with integrated storage tanks
Ø
Have chemicals replaced by an authorised service technician.
For machines with external canisters and suction tubes
Ø
Remove the suction tube from the canister and place it in a water-filled container.
Ø
Rinse the dosing device with water via the Priming menu.

2 Detergent dosing device
Ø
Press button 1 or 2.
ð The button turns white, and the dosing device is activated.
ð The dosing hoses and the dosing device are rinsed out with water.
Ø
As soon as the button goes off, insert the suction tube into the new canister.
Ø
Press button 1 or 2 again.
ð The button turns white, and the dosing device is activated.
ð The water in the dosing hoses and dosing device is replaced by the new chemical
product.
The dosing must also be reset.
Ø
Use an authorised service technician to continue to attain good wash results.
