Possible Causes
Power plug may be unplugged from the electric

Check and/or replace fuse and reset circuit breaker.
Power cut.

Check other appliances in the house for operation.
Temperature control not set on proper position.

Appliance is placed close to heat source.

Warm weather-frequent door openings.

Door left open for a long time.

Package holding door open or blocking air duct in

freezer compartment.
The floor on which the freezer is installed may be

uneven or the freezer may be unstable.
Level refrigerator by adjusting the leveling feet.
Objects fallen or stored behind refrigerator.

Door may have been left ajar or package holding

door open.
Door opened too frequently or for to long a

period.
Frost within package is normal.
•
This phenomenon is likely to occur when

installation location is in a high humidity or damp
environment.
Wipe it with a dry towel.
