Always conduct periodic inspections before and during use.
Do not use if the cover has holes or tears. A damaged Fall Mat
Premium will allow interior foam core to absorb moisture
and harbor bacteria, thereby compromising infection control
efforts.

to the resident or patient. To reduce the possibility of family
members or healthcare staff from tripping on the mat; inform
everyone caring for the patient, especially those working at
night that the Fall Mat Premium has been placed on the floor
next to the bed.
RE-USE
The MEDISAFE Fall Mat Premium can be re-used after dis-

infection.
USEFUL LIFE
The expected useful life of the MEDISAFE
is up to four years if used in accordance with this manual and
undamaged. It can be used beyond this period if is in a safe
condition and does not show any signs of damage.

MAINTENANCE
The MEDISAFE Fall Mat Premium is maintenance-free.

WARRANTY

The statutory warranty period of two years from date of
purchase applies. The warranty covers any defects of the
product which are demonstrably due to defects of material or
manufacturing. Any damage incurred by natural wear and
tear, intent, negligence, or improper operation or use is ex-
cluded from the warranty. The warranty also expires if un-
suitable detergents are used. In the event of non-compliance
with the instructions contained in this user manual, of im-
proper maintenance or unauthorised modifications to the
product without the manufacturer's prior written consent, all
liability and warranty claims expire with immediate effect.
DISPOSAL
Please dispose of the MEDISAFE
vironmentally friendly manner via an approved waste disposal
company or your local waste disposal facility. Please make
sure to comply with any applicable regulations.
