CARE & CLEANING
Do NOT use a metal scraper or knife on the pizza stone, as it is

easy to scratch.
Put the clean pizza stone in a clean place to air dry. After air

drying, store in the pizza oven or in a dry place.
MAINTENANCE
If the unit fails to operate efficiently, is broken or other problems
arise, unplug and do not operate.
