TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The appliance makes lots
of noise.
Liquid flowing can be heard
from inside the appliance.
The appliance does not
start.
The compressor is running
continuously.
The door does not seal
tightly.
The appliance does not
cool sufficiently.
It smells unpleasant inside.
Condensation occurs at the
glass door.
The light is not working.
Possible Cause and Suggested Solution
Adjust the front foot, keeping the appliance level.
Leave some space between the appliance and the
walls.
The refrigerant is circulating. Noises caused by this are
not a fault but normal.
Make sure the appliance is connected to the power
properly.
Make sure you have switched on the power.
The compressor will re-start 5 minutes after a power
cut.
If the appliance is not cooling down properly, contact
customer service.
After extended use, the door seal might become stiff
and partially distorted.
1. Heat the door seal with a hair dryer or a hot
towel.
2. The door seal will soften and the door can be
closed.
Adjust temperature setting.
Keep the appliance away from sunlight or heat.
The door is opened too often.
A slight smell of plastic is normal with recently bought
appliances and will disappear after a short time.
Clean the compartment and allow it to ventilate for a
few hours.
Do not open the door frequently or leave it open for
a long time.
Do not set the temperature too low.
High ambient temperature and humidity can also
cause condensation.
Check the power supply first.
Contact customer service, if the light is broken.
