  • Page 16 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS • Leak detection methods The following leak detection methods are deemed acceptable for systems containing flammable refrigerants. Electronic leak detectors shall be used to detect flammable refrigerants, but the sensitivity may not be adequate, or may need re- calibration.
  • Page 17 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS - Cylinders shall be kept in an appropriate position according to the instruction. - Ensure that the refrigeration system is earthed prior to charging the system with refrigerant. - Label the system when charging is complete (if not already). - Extreme care shall be taken not to overfill the refrigerating system.
  • Page 18 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Hoses shall be complete with leak-free disconnect couplings and in good condition. Before using the recovery machine, check that it is in satisfactory working order, has been properly maintained and that any associated electrical components are sealed to prevent ignition in the event of a refrigerant release. Consult manufacturer if in doubt.

For appliances containing flammable refrigerants other than A2L refrigerants, the system shall be purged with oxygen-free nitrogen to render the appliance safe for flammable refrigerants. Bear in mind ambient conditions (ambient temperature,direct sunlight, rain water,etc.) when proceeding with the wiring and connections. 3. The wire size is the minimum value for metal conduit wiring. Supplied water should be charged not only inside the unit, but also in the under floor water circuit, DHW water tank circuit, FCU water circuit, and any other water circuits controlled by the product.

That means, according to the volume-pressure graph, total water volume of 230 liter is supported as default. If total water volume is changed because of installation condition, the pre-pressure should be adjusted to secure proper operation.
