HOW TO EXPAND AND FOLD YOUR ASC-2080 ARMS Before flying your ASC-2080, you need to expand the foldable arms out.
DO NOT FLY YOUR ASC-2080 IN FOUL WEATHER!
When syncing your ASC-2080 with the controller always make sure that the drone is on a flat level surface and that your digital trim settings are in the center position.
If you have successfully synced your ASC-2080 to your controller as explained you are now ready to fly. Before beginning to fly your drone you should familiarize yourself with how to start and stop the rotors, how to use your auto land feature and how the controls work so please carefully read and familiarize yourself with the various control features explained in the next. Once again as a beginner pilot you should learn how to control your drone in a large open field or park on a day with zero or very light wind. Do not try to fly your ASC-2080 too high until you become a more experience pilot.
Even though the ASC-2080 has four rotors there is still a front or "forward" facing direction and "rear" or backwards facing direction. The front and forward facing direction of the ASC-2080 is the side with a camera. The rear and backward facing direction ofthe drone is the side with a red light (see diagram G).
Make sure you have properly synced The ASC-2080.
Tips: You also can move the two control sticks simultaneously down inside or outside corners, hold them till the blades start spinning. Release the control sticks and push the throttle stick slowly to take off manually (see diagram H2).
The ASC-2080 has 4 speed settings; T(Training),1 (SLOW), 2 (MEDIUM) and 3 (HIGH). The Default setting when you first turn on your ASC-2080 is the 1 (SLOW) speed mode. To increase the speed simply trigger the speed setting button (see remote diagram) you will hear beeping sounds of the controller will show you what speed setting you are on. Speed settings can be set before flight or during the flight.
Simply press and hold the Speed Button for 2 seconds, you will hear a long beep indicating you are in T Mode. T mode allows you to learn how to operate your ASC-2080 at a very slow speed. Also there are maximum and minim height limits set to avoid crashing into the ceiling or floor.
New obstacle avoidance training feature will cause the drone to automatically circumvent walls and other obstructions so new pilots can get the hang of flying. Set the ASC-2080 speed in the T(Training) speed mode and the obstacle avoidance feature will start working.
Note: the obstacle avoidance feature only works for T(Training) mode.
Below is a list of basic flight functions for your long-range remote to control the ASC-2080. While learning to fly your ASC-2080 it is best to start in a large space with the drone facing away from you until you get used to the basic controls. As you master flying your ASC-2080 you can move to more advanced maneuvering techniques. Practice makes perfect!
Move the left Throttle stick up to increase the propeller speed and the ASC-2080 will ascend.
Move the left Throttle stick down to decrease the propeller speed and the ASC-2080 will descend (see diagram l).
While in the air, move the left throttle stick directly left and the ASC-2080 will rotate horizontally left (counter clockwise)
Move the left throttle stick directly right and the ASC-2080 will rotate horizontally right (see diagram J).
While in the air, move the right direction control stick forward and the ASC-2080 will move forward.
Move the right direction control stick backwards and the ASC-2080 will move backward (see diagram K).
While in the air, move the right direction control stick to the left and the ASC-2080 will bank/sweep to the left.
Move the right direction control stick to the right and the ASC-2080 will bank/sweep to the right (see diagram L).
To master flying your ASC-2080 drone try practicing the exercises shown below, start with simple vertical takeoffs, landings, and left/right turning and rotating. Once those are mastered move on to square and cross maneuvers. Good luck and have fun!
NOTE: The ASC-2080 is already properly trimmed and calibrated right out ofthe box and should not require any trim adjustments before flying. Some more experienced pilots may want to adjust trim settings for their style of flying. After several crashes you may need to adjust trim settings for the ASC-2080 to be more balanced.
Forward/Backward Trim
Banking Left/Right Trim
NOTE: The use of the Trim buttons utilizes sounds. A single long Beep indicates the product is center trimmed. When there's no sound when press the trim means the product is trimmed to the maximum on a particular side.
NOTE: Your ASC-2080 comes pre-calibrated out of the box so you are ready to fly.
After several crashes and shocks to your gyro sensors, you may notice that your drone is drifting and cannot hold its center position while hovering as well as it used to.
This most likely means that you need to recalibrate your ASC-2080. Please follow the simple instructions below.
TROUBLE SHOOTING: If you do not see the lights flash, remove the battery from the drone then turn off your controller and start over. Always make sure to put your battery in before turning on your controller.
Push the left throttle stick all the way up and then down touching the top and bottom of the controller. When you hear the beep the ASC-2080 is re-synced to the controller and you are ready to calibrate.
Once you have the confidence in controlling your drone you may begin to execute 360 degree stunts. Your ASC-2080 is tuned to execute flips without the weight of the blade guards. Remove your blade guards for the best performance and remember to operate your ASC-2080 in a large open field or other large open area. Note when doing 360 degree stunts you will be using bursts of energy that may affect the overall flight time of your drone. The more you flip the shorter your overall flight time. When the battery gets low, red and white lights will flash on the body and the flip mode will be automatically disabled to conserve energy for normal flight.
Performing 3600 stunt flips with the ASC-2080 is as easy as 1-2-3:
NOTE: To exit the stunt roll mode without flipping simply press the stunt button again and the beeping sound will stop indicating you have exited "stunt mode"

To take photographs short press the CAMERA button ofthe controller, when you push the button you will hear a "beep" and the red and white led lights on the drone will flash one time indicating that a picture has been. taken.
To begin recording a video, long press the CAMERA button for 2-3 seconds. You will hear 2 "beeps" and the red and white LED lights on the body will begin to rapidly flash. The flashing LEDs indicate that you have begun recording video. To stop recording and Exit Video mode, simply depress the Camera Button once again. You will hear 2 beeps and the LED lights on the body should stop flashing and become solid.
It's recommend to test your camera functions before flying. REMOVING YOUR microSD CARD
To remove your microSD Card push in gently on the back of the SD card with your thumb or forefinger until you hear and feel a "clicking sound". The microSD card will "pop-out" slightly and is ready for removal. Simply grab and pull gently away from the ASC-2080's camera port to remove the card. Always store your microSD card in a clean, safe and cool environment.
Plug your microSD card into the microSD card reader and connect to your computer. It is best to always download all your videos and pictures on to your computer and not store this data on your microSD card. After downloading your photos and videos, follow your computers instructions to "delete" files on your microSD card.
